Our family-trip including a wheelchair Thank you for this interesting and joyful day. Time went by so quickly while we detected the scenic lakes of the Fuji area, the flowers, ponds, beautiful historic villages and short glimpses of Fuji’s snowy cap. We had a wonderful experience with the Oshidori Shuttle Kaigo Taxis service provided by Miz and Mami during our family trip to  Kawaguchiko  and  Odaiba Japan. They showed exceptional kindness and care, especially in assisting my mother, who uses a wheelchair. They also took beautiful photos of our family at various scenic spots. Used Oshidori Shuttle Kaigo Taxis for all our transfers when visiting Tokyo. We also had two 1/2 day tours around Tokyo and Narita.  Miz and Mami were fantastic hosts, reasonable prices, wonderful, modern wheelchair van, informative and entertaining.  Miz has good English which helped us no end!! We just returned from an unforgettable trip to Tokyo.  One major reason the trip being so GREAT was because of Mami & Miz!  With it being our first time in Japan, I was really concerned that navigating transportation with my electric wheelchair would be difficult.  From the moment we landed, Mami & Miz took care of us in the most genuine way possible.  We worked with them to help us with an airport transfer from Narita to Disneyland, which I had a hard time finding an accessible service that would be willing to take us all the way to Disney.  After our days at Disney, Mami & Miz picked us up and took us to our next hotel in Ikebukuro.  They planned several stops in-between and took us to Tsukiji and Odaibo to see several sites that were on our list to accomplish while we were in Japan.  We intended to explore Tokyo using the train system for the majority of the rest of our trip, but we really struggled the first day of trying to use the train.  I reached out to Miz with very little notice to see if they'd be available to help us get around the next day, and they dropped everything and came to our rescue and made sure we got to where we needed to go.  They were incredibly sweet and truly cared about making sure we were able to get to where we needed to go.  One extra bonus when you work with them is their love of photography.  They took so many pictures and videos of our family during our time with them and even compiled an amazing video for us, which is one of the most treasured parts of our trip!  I can't recommend them enough!!!  If you are ever going to Japan, Mami & Miz are THE BEST!

孫の結婚式出席のため、高齢の両親で利用させていただきました。当初の帰宅予定時間を1時間遅らせてほしいという急な依頼も快くお受けくださりとても有り難かったです。終始、心のこもったご対応いただきました。 運転してくださったご主人は都内の道にとてもお詳しいと父が絶賛しておりました。また機会があったらご利用させていただきたいと思います。
